To show the world that acts of kindness can change the world and "Kindness is Sexy".
Our Story
Growing up in a small community life is all about helping others. After moving to a larger community that daily kindness was met with skepticism and suspicion. Our goal is to remind people how important it is to get past the negativity and push forward, by just giving to those who may not have been born into the blessings that many of us have or may have collided with tragedies beyond their control. Life is meant for us to enjoy and if we have more than we need, why not give to those who have less?

Mary-Ellen O'Neill-Madeley
After years of struggling with heartbreaking losses and sadness, Mary-Ellen chose a different route in life. She started to focus on the positive, volunteered for local charities and performed Random Acts of Kindness just to give back to her community.
She was shocked by the impact this had on her life and how it increased her happiness and benefited those around her.
Mary-Ellen created “KIS - Kindness Is Sexy” to show the world how important kindness is in our lives and to help promote the needs of others.

Steve Madeley
Steve is the owner of DJ Madness Entertainment and he has been a huge supporter of “KIS - Kindness Is Sexy” as well as a strong advocate for community involvement and volunteering.
He believes that giving back keeps you grounded and more connected with others in your area.
KIS is truly thankful for all of Steve’s support and assistance during interviews and events.
Musical Producer
JC Silva
Owner of JCS Productions and creator of the “KIS - Kindness Is Sexy” jingle.
JC is a local musician, vocal coach and music producer who has supported “KIS - Kindness Is Sexy” from its inception. He and his family are strong supporters of their Portuguese community and the communities that they live in.
JC has helped organize and performed in fundraisers to help children with medical conditions along with other community initiatives and KIS is thankful for his support.
